This website collects no health information

There is nowhere on this site to enter anything about your teeth, your health or your medications, and we would rather keep it that way. Medical history and consent forms are handled in our patient system, which is built for health records and protected accordingly.

The on-site visit request form

The request form on the Home & Community Care page asks whether the visit would be at a private home or a care community, your name, a phone number or email address, your city and, if you like, a short message. We use it only to reply to you and to arrange a visit. Your request reaches us through Formspree, a service that delivers website forms by email and keeps a copy for up to 30 days.

Please do not type any medical details into that form. If you do by accident, tell us and we will delete it.

Cookies and tracking

This website sets no cookies, runs no analytics and loads no advertising or social media trackers. Nothing here follows you to other websites. The fonts and images are served from our own site rather than from someone else's network.

Booking and your records

Booking, forms and payment happen in our patient management system, which is separate from this website and designed to meet HIPAA requirements. When you go there you will be on a different web address, and that system's own privacy terms apply alongside ours.

Your dental records belong to you. Ask us for a copy at any time and we will provide one.

Who we share things with

We do not sell or rent anyone's information, ever. We share your clinical records only with people involved in your care, which in practice means Dr. Natalia Sakun when she reviews your x-rays, or a dentist you ask us to refer you to. Otherwise we share them when you tell us to, or when the law requires it.
